14-day money-back guarantee
If AegisRouter is not right for you, you can get a full refund of your first payment within 14 days, with no questions asked. The guarantee can be used once per account. Once a payment on your account has been refunded, later payments are covered only by the yearly-renewal rule below.
Yearly renewals
Yearly plans renew automatically, and a renewal is easy to miss. If you did not mean to renew, you can get a full refund of a yearly renewal within 14 days of it.
Monthly renewals
Monthly renewals are not refunded. You can cancel at any time in Settings → Plans → Manage billing. Your plan then stays on until the end of the month you already paid for, and you are not charged again.
How to ask for a refund
- Email [email protected] from the email address of your account and tell us which payment. Or:
- Use the link in your payment receipt, or look up your purchase at paddle.net.
We reply within 2 business days.
What happens next
- Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record, returns the money to the card or account you paid with. Most banks show it within 5–10 business days.
- A full refund ends the subscription it belongs to. Your account moves back to the free plan straight away. Practice mode keeps working, and signals to real-money brokers stop being traded.
Switching plans
When you switch plans, the difference for the rest of the current period is charged or credited straight away. A credit is used toward your next payments; it is not paid out.
Fair use
We may refuse a refund where this policy is clearly being abused, for example by opening new accounts to use the guarantee again. Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.
